Male personal assistant needed for male with Autism in Nailsea.

Support with routine management, accessing the community safely and managing and maintaining nutrition.

Support needed:

Support with personal care
Assistance applying barrier cream / steroid cream to support the healing of skin and maintenance of skin
Support to manage diet and make healthy eating choices, support with cooking
Going for walks and light exercise for weight loss
Support to keep on top of household chores
Ensuring home safety - previous carer took advantage of this individual's kind nature
Support and encouragement to attend group and make friends in the community
Going swimming

Hours per week: 4 (split 2 and 2 while getting to know each other with a view to have 4 in one session)
Hourly rate: £16.47 for self-employed.
