We are a family based in Midsomer Norton looking for a Personal Assistant to support our active 12 year old son who has Autism, ADHD, a severe learning disability and who is non-verbal.

The role is to provide companionship in the family home, support to access the community and encouragement to engage in social activities such as swimming, play parks and the general outdoors. He will need assistance with personal care.

Preferred working days are Saturday, Sunday or an occasional evening but this is negotiable and there will also be opportunity for more hours in the school holidays (or less if you cannot commit to 5 hours per week).

Our son is full of energy, cheeky and has a great sense of humour and this role will require lots of patience, energy and a great sense of humour too!

Car owner preferred.

Role subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
