To provide personal and social support for young man, enabling independence.

Job Details
I am seeking a friendly and responsible PA to provide support with everyday activities. This will include encouraging me with meals that meet my sensory needs, managing continence and personal hygiene, keeping my home environment clean and tidy and supporting me to connect with people who share interests. I would like my PA to help build my confidence and access the community, possibly attending Warhammer Club.
 
Required Characteristics
·      Flexible and reliable
·      Some knowledge/experience with neurodiversity and advantage
·      Shared interests, especially Warhammer

Summary terms and conditions
·      The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour 
·      Hours of work: 4 hrs per week at flexible times, plus an additional 4 hours weekly over the 8 week summer holiday period
·      5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
·      Free training as appropriate for role
 
The post is subject to the following:
·      A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
·      Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
