Support Workers – Overnight (Waking) & Evening Hours

We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Workers to provide overnight waking support and evening calls, available 7 days per week.

This role offers various contract hours, with full details discussed at interview to ensure flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, person-centred support during evening and overnight waking shifts
Promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity
Follow care plans and instructions while using initiative when appropriate
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced as a support worker (desirable, not essential)
Outgoing, motivating, and approachable
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
Respectful of confidentiality
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Caring, compassionate, and patient
In possession of a good sense of humour

Training

Full training will be provided where required
This includes Health & Safety and any role-specific practical training

Further Information

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role
The cost of the DBS will be covered by the employer
