 Do you have an interest in supporting people to lead an ordinary life? Do you have a passion for helping someone to maintain their independence?
 
 We are looking to recruit a Personal Care Assistant to support a lady living in Barrow who has complex health needs. The role will include providing support with personal and health care needs. You will be involved in clinical support tasks including catheterisation management, administering medications and other clinical responsibilities. 
 
 It is not essential that you have experience in care and support but you must have common sense, be enthusiastic and willing to learn! You will receive full training in all aspects of clinical duties. 
  

You will work alongside the lady, her family, the existing team and trained healthcare professionals who will provide full support during induction and training in all aspects of clinical and other duties. You will work in the family home, where everyone works well together.
 
 Hours:

· Saturday and Sunday nights: 9.30pm – 7.15am = 9.75 hrs per night, 19.5 hrs per weekend

 Pay & more information:

· (Overtime available to cover annual leave and sickness)

· £92.44 per night. £184.88 per weekend

· You will receive 5.6 weeks paid leave

 Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check and clearance which will be paid for by the employer.
