Female PA required in Farnley (Leeds) to support a 16 years old young lady - Leeds - LS12

My daughter is a 16yrs old girl with an Autism Spectrum disorder, a result of which is being non verbal. Besides that she is a very physically able and well coordinated girl who is lively and has a lot of energy. She enjoys stimulation and loves and responds very well to music and singing.
She is happy child who laughs and seems to enjoy life. Having said that, sometimes she can have challenging behaviours.
I am looking for a female PAs for 10 hours on weekend to take her out in the community for example to play gym and other places that she might want to go giving us a little break I need to recharge. These hours can be split between 2 PAs if one PA cannot commit to all 10 hours.
Support Tasks
· Accompany my daughter to activities in the community (i.e. social, educational etc.)
· Encourage our daughter to engage in activities .
· Suggest activities that our daughter would enjoy.
· Assistance with toileting/personal care.
She has a companion bus pass, which allows the PA to go with her free. She loves to go to local places for shopping, food, park, going to cinema.
The wage will be £12.40 an hour (gross) with 5.6 weeks holidays pro rata.
