Family Friendly PA/Carer for Lady in Kings Lynn, P/T 7.5hrs @ £9.91 - King's Lynn - PE30

To provide personal care and support in the home for lady with mobility issues.

 

Location: Kings Lynn, PE30

 

I am a mum with 2 children living at home and 2 more that visit at weekends, and I have a long term back problem meaning my mobility is limited. I am seeking a P.A/Carer to assist me with maintaining my personal hygiene, bathing and dressing, particularly putting on socks trousers and bra as well as helping with some light domestic tasks to keep my home tidy, such as help with laundry as I cannot put clothes into the washing machine. They may also occasionally pick up some shopping for me and help prepare meals. I like to go swimming but need to go to a pool that doesn’t have ladder entry, and I have 3 cats, so my P.A. needs to be an animal lover.

·       The rate of pay for this position is £9.91 per hr 

·       Hours and times of work: 7.5 hours per week, over 2 days. Times can be flexible depending on your capacity, to be agreed at interview, but I prefer after 10am,

·       You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.

·       Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff. We would ask any employee that assists with manual handling to take the appropriate training which we will provide free of charge.

·       A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.

 

·       Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
