We have a vacancy for a Key Worker to join our existing team of fantastic personal assistants supporting a young woman with complex needs including autism to live a safe, meaningful and active life in the community.
 
We are looking for someone equally compassionate, reliable and conscientious to join the team. Previous experience of social care and supporting an individual with autism using the principles of ABA would be an advantage. 
 
You will be required to work in her home and also at events and activities in the local area and beyond. We can offer a supportive and pleasant home environment, with a comprehensive package of paid training to support the client within a structured pattern of activities. The client has a lovely nature and is fun to work with.
 
This is a full-time role split between hands-on support, admin tasks and supervisory responsibilities. Support shifts are currently 7.30am to 1.30pm and 1.15pm to 8.30pm seven days a week; you must be available to work some weekend hours on a rota basis. The client requires around the clock care. In order for this to be possible it is essential candidates are flexible in their availability. While all our employees have normal weekly working hours, you will be asked to work on other days/times to cover for staff absence.

Up to £12.50 an hour depending on experience
