Looking for a Personal Assistant supporting someone in their own home. This is a rewarding, personable role for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and experienced, offering 16 hours per week at £14.67 per hour.

The role involves supporting a lady with complex healthcare needs who is bed bound. You will play an important part in their daily routine, providing full physical support while helping them feel comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible.

Working hours are set evenings:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 5pm to 9pm

This is a varied role combining care and practical support:
• Personal care, dressing, and medication administration
• Supporting with a liquid diet
• Household tasks and general day-to-day organisation
• Running errands and helping manage the home
• Providing reassurance, companionship, and consistent support

We are looking for someone who is:
• Mature and experienced, with a good understanding of running a household
• Reliable, trustworthy and an excellent timekeeper
• Flexible and willing to provide cover when needed
• Friendly, respectful, and professional

Essential requirements include:
• Driver with own vehicle
• Up to date Covid vaccinations or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of moving and handling, safeguarding, and basic food hygiene

There is also an opportunity to progress into a Team Lead role for the right candidate.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in delivering high quality, person-centred care and wants to make a real difference every day.
