Driver and care assistant 6 hours a week - Pudsey - LS28

Looking for a helper who will go see my father 3 times a week in Pudsey and take him to see his wife in a care home in Guiseley. There could be occasional times where he needs to go to the bank or to the doctors so an extra hour a week is included.

The days could be negotiable but would like to have at least one weekend day. 

This means going into the home, checking he has eaten and then driving him to Guiseley and seeing him inside, then returning to pick him up 3 hours later to take him home - seeing him into the home and helping him to put out his evening meal (if it is a weekend day).
