Female personal assistant required to support highly anxious 18 year old girl to access the community.
3 hours p/w start point, possibility of increasing in the future.
Can be 3, 1 hour sessions or 2, 1 and half hour sessions on weekdays, as suits applicant.
Needs to gradually build a trusted relationship with the aim of supporting short trips out of the home including use of public transport and basic tasks within the home such as tidying, cleaning and cooking.
