I’m a 57-year-old man with a sunny disposition. I have cerebral palsy and this makes me sometimes unsteady on my feet and I use a walker. I also have a learning disability.

I’m looking for a part-time personal assistant for 8 hours a week. This could be every other weekend for 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon and 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon, or 4 hours on a Monday from 4-8pm and a Thursday from 4-8pm.

The role is flexible, as long as it covers two of these four days per week and one of those days can be a morning.

I need help with cleaning cooking gardening laundry and transport. I also need help going out and about discovering new things to do and general assistance to help me maintain my independence.

I don’t need help with personal hygiene.

I love bowling , football , watching TV and snooker .
