Care Assistant for a man with Downs Syndrome he lives in the Peterlee area 

22 ½ hours per week

7.00 am – 9.00 am and 3.30pm – 6.00pm Monday to Friday

 Wage £10.50 per hour

To provide support and supervision to ensure safety of the man until his bus arrives for the day centre and again on an evening until the main carer returns home from work. Checking that he has had his breakfast, Ensuring he is safe re Fire/security/ accidents etc. there are no personal care needs and he washes and dresses independently.

 

Experience preferred but not essential

 

Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to commencement.
