Care Assistant for a lady in her 40’s who has ADHD and Autism, in DH6 area £10.42 per hr. - Durham - DH6

An exciting opportunity for a weekly (6 hour) Community based support role 

We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant  who is confident, flexible and organised to provide support to a lady in her 40’s who has ADHD and Autism. She is very independent and has 4 children but needs a bit of support with housework and shopping, telephone calls, understanding correspondence and decision making.  (Child care is NOT included in this support)  

The suitable applicant will demonstrate good organisational skills, be able to provide support with housework and tidying as well as meal planning and shopping

Quite a varied role but very rewarding and enjoyable

The 6 hours per week can be used flexibly, £10.42 per hour

Experience and/or understanding of Autism and ADHD is essential

Car driver preferred but not essential

DBS required, to be paid for by employer
