Care Assistant for a 17 year old male @ £12.71/hr in Eggborough (Dn14 0) - Goole - DN14

I’m in eggbrough. 
And I’m looking for a 
PA to help my son gain confidence and independence through his desires. He is 17 years old who has a diagnosis of Asperger’s, adhd, spd and ptsd. 
Got to learn Harry due to complex needs  and a huge tendency to mask so reading his behaviour discreetly is essential.
Your role will be to become part of a team that are rebuilding my son’s confidence in the world. We are initially looking for someone to come into our home to bond with harry and his siblings and cat, with a aim to working towards taking him out to follow his interests and have fun every Saturday or Sunday.
You will need to be;
Patient and empathetic character inc a safe and understanding personality. Be creative and excited to hear about current likes such as historical wars (inc reenactments), cosplay, fantasy, warhammer and gaming such as Diablo, rock music Inc German and Russian, playing instrument (guitar), art Inc digital art, and desire to be a tattoo artist.
Vital is must be willing to learn about and play Dungeons and Dragons with the goal to take harry to a shop cafe and play as a group to interact with like minded people ensuring his vunrability is safeguarded. You must be okay with cats.
Aim is to slowly build up weekly hours up to 9 hours per week, a estimated work pattern will be, 6 hours Saturday or Sunday (which day will be based on a local D&D cafe which will be then set but not limited too) and one 3 hours slot during the week, which will also entail a collection from collage in Leeds around 2pm. Milage paid for.
