I am24 years’ old and have a diagnosis of autism, dyspraxia and sensory integration disorder. I work/ volunteer in a preschool, toddler group environment on 2- 3 weekdays. I will need support on a Thursday and Friday and occasional weekend day to access my hobbies (metal detecting, bowling and the gym) to plan my free time and social life and develop independent living skills and responsibilities such as cleaning, shopping and cooking, as outlined in my social care plan.
