I am looking for a friendly individual for 6 hours a week (could possibly become more in future) I have Autism, Asthma, Chung Jansen Syndrome and Mental Health issues.

I absolutely love football and dogs am a HUGE Newcastle United fan.

The support I am looking for someone that understands autism. Help with day to day living activities such as going to clubs swimming walking (potentially) shopping domestic cooking etc etc.

Support needed:

Support to manage diet and make healthy eating choices
Going for walks and light exercise for weight loss
Support to keep on top of household chores
Ensuring home safety - previous carer took advantage of this individual's kind nature
Support and encouragement to attend group and make friends in the community
