Are you an enthusiastic , positive and flexible person?

Sam is a 22 year old man with physical disabilities who lives independently in Leeds with support from a team of Personal Assistants. He is a wheelchair user and communicates using an electronic talker. Sam needs people on his team who can form strong relationships with him and put his needs first. He has just graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in filmaking and has some part-time work. He is a fan of film, comedy, football , travel and vegetarian food. He also enjoys a night out with friends.
The job involves assisting Sam with all self care and daily living tasks. Sam requires support at home (city centre), at work and socially , which could include nights out, day trips and holidays.

Experience desirable.
The ideal candidates would be in good physical and mental health.
Drivers License desirable but not essential.
Full training provided with scope for training in 1:1 Hydrotherapy and Physiotherapy
Full time hours, 2 positions available ( 36hours p/w up to 48hours with opportunity for overtime and holiday cover ) on a regular rotating pattern including weekend work.
Rates of pay
7am - midnight day rate of £10 p/h.
midnight - 7am night rate of £8.21 p/h.
