We are looking for a compassionate, kind and caring individual to support a gentleman remain independent within his own home in the Ashington area.

The gentleman requires support with:

Personal care - showering, dressing, toileting
Medication administration - from a dose box - full training will be provided
Meal prepartion - breakfast, lunch and dinner
General household tasks including dishes, light housework, laundry if required
Enabling accessing local area as appropriate

Daily call times -

8am -10am
12pm-2pm
4pm-6pm
7pm-9pm
Job share between two people would be considered
Holiday and sickness cover on weekends and during the week is a requirement

The ideal applicant will be:

Experienced - formal or informal is acceptable
Must be able to access central location of Ashington
Professional in nature

A full enhanced disclosure and barring certificate will be required and the full cost will be met by the employer.

Training will be provided via an online platform, Learning Together, On the job training and demonstration from colleagues and family.
