Job Purpose

Providing talking support and support with accessing the community to a lady with mental health support needs.

Location: Swaffham, PE37

I am looking for a supportive Personal Assistant with previous experience around mental health to provide talking support and support with accessing my local community. This support is intended to create a safe space for me to talk about my feelings, emotions, and any issues I might be experiencing with my mental health.

To begin with I am quite a reserved person as it takes me a little while to get used to new people. Once I feel confident, I am quite an open and outspoken individual. However, my mental health can fluctuate from day to day and this can sometimes cause me to come across as withdrawn , so it important that you are patient and have a genuine desire to work in mental health support roles.

Some of my interests include taking my dog for a walk when I feel able to and being out and about when the weather is nice. I am a keen gardener and have been a member of my local archery club for the last 10 years, and would be interested in my Personal Assistant helping me explore other groups and activities that I might enjoy.
