Job Purpose - Training is available DBS check will be completed 
To support my son who has Autism, Learning difficulties and Misophonia, to promote his independence and confidence in the community and also engage him in meaningful activities within the home.
Misophonia causes anxiety when another person makes noises including coughing, clearing their throat etc. Where at all possible, the support worker would need to inform him before coughing/clearing the throat and remove themselves from the situation, in order not to distress him.
Hours 5 per week and an additional 3 in the school holidays hours can be used flexible.
