Support worker 6 hrs weekends to support gentleman with Parkinsons Tingley £15.69ph - Wakefield - WF3

SUPPORT WORKER NEEDED – WF3 – TINGLEY 6 HOURS @ WEEKENDS £15.69 PH 
Job Role – To support a gentleman in the home and community who has Parkinsons Due to his diagnosis his speech is affected and you would accompany him in the community.
He receives meals via a peg feed. 
You would promote his independence and support him to regain independence in the kitchen.

 He has a close family and you would support his wife in order that she can have a break from her caring role. 
DBS will be completed prior to starting the role and 2 references sought.
Holiday entitlement 5.6 weeks per annum.
