Overview of the role: 
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Assistant to help a young male navigate his daily routine and therapy. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in providing direct support, assisting with therapy treatment, and delivering IT support where required. 

Ideal candidate: 
- Proficient in IT, with the ability to provide technical support. 
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust. 
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for others. 
- Must be adaptable and responsive to changing needs and environments. 
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and development opportunities.
