This post offers a rewarding opportunity to provide weekly support for two young children with complex health and care needs. Emily and Poppy Mae require support on a flexible basis, mainly after school, at weekends or during school holidays. As your PA you will help them attend activities including going to parks, meals out etc, in order to build their confidence and assist them in meeting their peers and making new friends. 

The successful candidate will require appropriate training (to be arranged) in supporting the children's medical needs including Gastrostomy feeds, caring for Dialysis line, along with giving eye drops as directed by medical professionals. 

The worker will be a non smoker, access to a car is desirable, though not essential.
