Job Purpose: To assist a lady with daily routine tasks including some personal care.

Location: Mundesley

Details:

I’m a lady in my 60’s who is needing help with personal care maintaining regular medication routine and meal preparation. I have a separate PA who covers domestic support but you may occasionally cover each other’s duties for holidays etc.

Support will include help with washing and dressing and support in the evening to get ready for bed. Preparing a light, simple meals at regular times, which are important because of my diabetes and the need to prompt me to take medication.

The rate of pay for this position is £12.00 per hour.

Hours and times of work: 5 days per week, Friday to Tuesday 09:00 to 10:30, 13:00 to 14:30 and 17:30 to 18:30. 20hours per week in total. In addition there may be the opportunity for extra hours to cover holidays etc with my other P.A. There can be a little flexibility with the hours and times which I would be willing to discuss at the interview stage.

The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

The post is subject to the following:

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.

Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.

Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
