We are looking for self-employed carers to work as part of a team for elderly lady in Yatton to support her through her dementia and diabetes journey.

We are looking for more than one candidate.

We are looking for nights and support in the day time.

Morning routine – support with morning routine.

Nutrition – preparing meals and drinks (breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks)

Companionship – providing support and care.

Evening routine – night time routine, washing and dressing.

Personal care - Washing, dressing, toileting.

Self-employed PA rate day care - £18

Nightly rate - £120.79
