Personal Care Assistant for a young woman- weekend hours - YORK - YO51

Sociable and friendly young lady, age 21, with autism and learning difficulties. £11.15 per hour daytime, £8.72 sleepover hours. Permanent contract, holiday pay, hours to suit. Additional carers to join team working in the family home. Seeking experienced personal assistant to provide weekend cover.  

Various hours available, including 7am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday (two weekends a month);  7pm-7am, Saturday and Sunday (two weekends a month); 7pm-7am, Thursday and Sunday (two weekends a month).

Hours are paid day rate until bedtime (usually between 10-11pm), then sleepover rate. Other shifts also available, including weekend days and occasional last minute/ holiday relief. Help and support provided. Must have experience of caring for children or young adults with special needs and a full clean driving licence. Female applicants only as some help with personal care is required.
