17 year old young man living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy requires 1:1 support to enable him to maintain his independence and participate in activities he enjoys. Wheelchair user. Village location.

His interests include football, gaming, getting out with the dog, Formula 1 and going to the cinema.

Support required with personal care, meal preparation, getting out and about.

Requirements:
1. Must be flexible
2. Must hold clean driving licence and be confident to drive a wheelchair accessible vehicle

13 hours per week term time and 24 hours per week college holidays. Some flexibility required.

£12.10/hr. Paid annual leave entitlement equivalent to 5.6 weeks per year (pro rata)

DBS clearance is required and successful applicant will be contacted directly regarding this.
