We are looking for a committed, caring FEMALE care assistant to support an 88-year-old woman to remain independent at home. She lives in the Halton-Le-Gate, Brampton area (CA8 7LB )

The elderly woman has a dementia diagnosis and requires somebody who is polite and courteous but with a strong nature to ensure she maintains her own personal hygiene, takes her medication and sustains her food and water intake.

The support will include:
· Lighting her solid fuel fire each morning – you must be physically able to manage this
· Supporting with personal care including bathing and dressing
· Supporting with medication administration
· Preparing meals as appropriate – mainly an evening meal

Rate of Pay: £16.41 per hour Hours Breakdown:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
· 1 hour call at 8:30am
· 1 hour call at 5pm
· Flexibility on times for the right applicant

Annual leave is accrued at 5.6-weeks pro rota per year A full enhanced disclosure and barring certificate will be required, and full cost will be met by the employer Any training will be provided as appropriate. This will include safeguarding and medication administration as a minimum
