My name is Evie, I am 10 years old. I have significant learning disability and mobility impairments, however I love dancing, watching TV and eating cake!! I love people and like singing with everyone and giggling.

I cannot say many words and I walk with support of a K-frame or supported by an adult. I also have a wheelchair for longer day trips.

I need help with all aspects of life from feeding to dressing to personal care and mobility - particularly in the afternoon/early evening after school on Thursdays (5pm-8pm). At weekends, I love to swim (with help at SNAPS in meanwood), go horse riding (East Keswick) and go to the cinema.

You would:

Support me to get dressed and the toilet
Support me to eat
Accompany me to the Cinema or other activities such as the park, music shows, picnics
Sing with me!

Other information:

We need someone who is experienced in working with someone with behaviours that can at times be challenging
We live in the LS14 area.
