Personal Assistend wanted for young adult male with daily care needs. Approx 16hrs/wk - BROMSGROVE - B60

I am a young adult male, I have a lifelong condition of autism (Pathological Demand Avoidant variant) and have also been suffering from long term mental health problems (anxiety/depression). 

my main difficulties are:
Starting/completing tasks without losing focus or being overwhelmed.
Day to day this includes chores (cleaning/washing) and personal care (hygiene/sleep/routine).
I also have difficulties in social situations and engaging in leisure/fitness activities.

I am looking for someone who is:
Positive, energetic, and willing to take part in activities to help me engage.
Punctual and hard-working, providing support, guidance and company.

I am flexible on the hours you will be required to work, and I am open to having multiple assistants if you are only able to work some of the days/times I require.
