Personal Assistant for lady, onset Alzheimer's P/T@ £15.85/hr in Portishead - FTE - £30.9k - Bristol - BS20

4 hours support per week required to support a pleasant lady with young onset Alzheimer's to access the community. Interests have previously included, walking, attending the local memory café and going shopping. Own transport would be preferred but not essential. This lady has a tendency to become disorientated in new environments and wears a tracker device so vigilance is required when taking her into the community. She has a supportive husband who requires a regular break from time to time so reliability is essential. It is possible the hours will increase depending on the relationship she has with you as it is a new situation. 

£15.85 for self-employed PA.
£12.25 for employed PA.
