We are looking for an empathetic and caring PA who can provide social care and company for an elderly lady. 25 hours per week in Nailsea.

Individual has mild dementia which isn’t a problem yet, and has minimally progressed in the 5 years since diagnosis, however long term will need more care. Individual has lost her long term partner not long ago and finds leaving the house difficult alone and gets very lonely. She has gone through a lot of change and stress recently and we are looking for someone who is friendly and patient to help support her emotionally and physically.

Support needed:
Individual is very fit and active so taking out on walks, helping develop new routines e.g. taking shopping, taking out for coffee. Day to day tasks are flexible, we are just looking for a great relationship to help build independence and keep individual social and active. 

We are looking for a long term carer who can be flexible with needs. 

Hours needed per week:
Around 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, but can be flexible for the right fit. 
We may also looking for a carer to help cover weekends, or a bank carer to help when needed.

Hourly rate: £16.47 but can be negotiated  

Required days/times: Hours can be flexible. Preferred twice a day (around 10am-12pm and 4pm-7pm) however will be flexible for the right candidate.
