One to one support required.
The PA will support him to access social activities outside of the family home. This will support him to increase his awareness of his surroundings and learn new skills.
This will support when engaging in different social situations. 

 
 
The
PA will encourage him to engage in activities, such as going to the park or
play with at home. This support will give him more of an opportunity to
practise life skills that he is currently learning at school with one to one
support and become more independent. 
 
 
 Provide
him with one-to-one support when they are out in wider community. Support him
to develop his awareness safety in the wider community, for example crossing
roads, travelling by public transport and not talking to strangers. Support him
to access different activities in the community. Support him to access social
and leisure activities in the community.

 
 
Peg
feed trained desired.  

 
 
Help
with their day-to-day activities. It is intended the PA will support them in necessary daily tasks but also enjoyable play too.
