Job Purpose:
I am a gentleman with mobility and balance problems and high risk of falls, I therefore need support with daily tasks like getting up, washing and moving around the home. I need help with cleaning, laundry. Shopping for food and meal preparation. As well as support when going out into the community. I have a dog that I like to take for walks, I would also need your support during day trips for example

Summary terms and conditions:
· The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour
· Hours and times of work: 25 hours per week, job share and holiday cover
· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
Post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
