PA needed for a lady, 16 hours a week @ £15 p/h, PE33 area - KING'S LYNN - PE33

• Support with dressing and undressing, and getting in and out of the shower.
• Support with medication, and medication safety.
• Parenting support to help me care for my young children. This will include getting them washed and dressed for school and supporting them at mealtimes.
• Support with food preparation, including preparing lunch and leaving an evening meal for myself and my children.
• Support with accessing the community, including going shopping and attending appointments.
• General domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting and doing laundry.
• Driving my mobility vehicle for school runs and hospital appointments when I'm not well enough to drive.
• Wheelchair handling.
• Any other reasonable duties as required.
   

• Able to prepare home cooked meals.
• Previous experience working with or caring for children. 
• Previous experience in social care role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Full UK driving licence (drive my mobility vehicle)

• The rate of pay for this position is £15 per hour.
• You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.      
• Hours and times of work: 16 hours a week: Thursday and Friday 07:30 - 15:30. Some flexibility will be expected to support with attending medical appointments, which can be discussed and agreed ahead of time. You will also provide holiday and sick leave cover for another PA.

• A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
• Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
• Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
• Completion of the suggested training, cost of which will be covered by the employer - Data Protection, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Medication Practice and Moving and Handling.
