PA for a Teenager £12.40/Hr in LS5 - Leeds - LS5

To support and assist a young person to go out into the community and attend appropriate activities that the young person is interested in. To support and assist the young person to develop their life skills, such as , getting public transport and buying food from the shop. About the employer - No gender preference. Someone who is able to support the young person to go to activities and have a fun day out together. Young person is able to be involved in the planning of activities, for example, they may want someone to play football with. Enthusiastic and calm and have an understanding of additional needs. Previous experience of working with people with additional needs is preferred. Driving license not required as public transport can be accessed. Young person has autism and a learning disability. Young person is mobile and does not need support with personal care. 
The Support will be mainly for Saturdays but could potentially be used for other days in the week also.
During the school Holidays the support is increased by 4 hours so this will be 10 hours for 13 weeks during school hols and 6 hours during the term time.
