Unique opportunity delivering a home education program in home setting & in community.
This is not a care role it involves a lot of practical teaching. You need to be open to taking data understanding this & applying it.
Working 2:1 with an experienced ABA therapist delivering teaching to autistic young adult
Using  Applied Behaviour Analysis & taking data to improve behavioural,social & communication skills
 Sports teaching & occupational therapy daily. This includes swimming, running, climbing & gym work
Full training, weekly support & team meetings will be provided by professionals who oversee the program

Skills Required
Resilience & patience
Fun outgoing & confident 
Physically fit - need to be able to run/swim & do gym work
Ability to learn therapies, observe & take data to analyse & improve skills/behaviour
Experience in dealing with Challenging behaviour  to follow through the behaviour plan 

Ideal candidate 
physically fit 
Ability to learn educate oneself on therapies & apply these
psychology students challenging behaviour, occupational therapy

Previous experience working with SEN or challenging behaviour would be beneficial 

Male applicant required due to specific requirements around personal care & safe guarding.
