Lady in Norwich seeking 2 female PAs on a job share basis for 56 hours a week @ £15 p/h - Norwich - NR1

Job Purpose:
I am a friendly lady who, due to mobility issues, is seeking two Personal Assistants to help me maintain my independence and quality of life. 
 
The main duties of this role will include assisting with personal care, housework, meal prep, light gardening and helping to take me out and about i.e., for shopping, tea and coffee and lunch etc. I have a love of good food and someone who is able to cook would be ideal. I am a spiritual person and a devout Christian and would like someone who is able to take me to church as and when required. 
 
Before my health problems I was a tutor and educator. I love books and reading and greatly enjoy visiting museums, galleries and cultural centres. I enjoy social activities and going to the theatre and cinema and love shopping and visiting cafes. I also greatly enjoy talking to people and someone who likes good conversation would be ideal.

Female PAs required due to personal care.

Details:
-          7 hours a day, 7 days a week, to be split between two PAs
-          Personal care
-          Housework

-          Picking up my prescriptions from the pharmacy

Summary terms and conditions:
-          The rate of pay for this position is £15 per hour
-          You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role
-          Free Care Skills training available to all employed workers
-          Hours and days of work: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.
                                                     - 8.30am to 3pm
                                                     - 7pm to 8.30pm
                                                     
The post is subject to the following:
-       If this job requires: manual Handling, handling of hazardous chemicals or food handling, you will be required to undertake annual training
-        A satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer 
-        Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
-        Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
