Job Details
I am a middle aged man with Muscular Dystrophy who requires daily support to remain independent in my home. I will need assistance with personal care, showering and changing clothes as well as some domestic support to keep my home clean and tidy and prepare basic meals. I am a keen swimmer and like Basketball so my PA may take me to these activities. As I need support over 7 days I am seeking 2 people to work on a flexible job share basis.

· Driver with own car and appropriate class of business insurance

Summary terms and conditions
· The rate of pay for this position is £12.38
· Hours of work: 15 hours per week at flexible times to be discussed at interview – Job Share
· 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
· Free Careskills training as appropriate for role
The post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
