I am a lady in my early 60’s who is living with early onset Alzheimer’s with the support of my husband. I like to watch TV and am an animal lover so enjoy going to Zoos, Safari Parks etc. I would like 2 patient, friendly P.A.’s (job sharing) to support me with everyday activities both in my home and getting out and about. You will assist with washing and dressing each morning, and sit with me to ensure my safety and comfort, allowing my husband to go out for shopping and appointments. I would like to occasionally go out with my P.A. and am fully mobile. Because I require support 7 days per week this role will be shared, and days/hours will be negotiated to work flexibly on a rota basis.

· The rate of pay for this position is £9.37 per hour
· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
· Hours and times of work: Job Share, total 10hrs per week, worked as 1 hour each morning then 3 floating hours weekly for respite/social activities.
The post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
