Job Purpose:
I am a friendly gentleman with severe dyslexia who is seeking a self-employed PA for holiday cover. Due to my dyslexia, I struggle with reading and writing and require help organising my paperwork and making sure my bills are being paid on time. I need someone who can sort through my post, discarding any junk mail as necessary, and organise my remaining letters in an orderly fashion for safe keeping.

I would also like someone who is able to help me with housework. I can sometime struggle with motivation to do this and having someone who can encourage me to do so would be of great benefit.

I am a big fan of both music and movies and have large collection of CDs and DVDs at home. I am especially into my sci-fi and horror movies. I also enjoy cooking.

This position is a self-employed position and is to provide cover for my other PA. Hours will be on a variable basis.

Summary terms and conditions:

Self-employed position
The rate of pay for this position is £19 per hour
You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role
Hours and days of work: 5 hours per week, on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

The post is subject to the following:

A satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
