Female Personal Care Assistant for a lady living in the Chester le Street area £13 per hr - Chester le Street - DH2

Female Personal Care Assistant required in the Chester le Street area. 
PA is required to support a 24 year old lady with cerebral palsy and autism.
 
4-6 hours per week and extra hours to cover sickness and holidays.

Wage is £13 per hour
 
Duties:

Supporting her in activities including shopping, going to the cinema and theatre, swimming and eating out.
There may be some personal care occasionally 

Non smoker

Driving licence essential

Successful applicants will be required to have an enhanced DBS
