Female Personal Assistant Required For Female With Cerebral Palsy in LS12/LS7 - LEEDS - LS7

Female PA required for personal care and social activities.
 
Shift patterns are as follows. At present, this position is to offer cover for sickness and annual leave. However, I am due to move house soon where a new care plan will be implemented and this will provide the opportunity for regular work. 

12.30-7.30pm, 10pm-9am (long shift) 

 or 

12.30-2, 6-7.30, 10pm-9am. (short shift) 

Whether the shift is long or short will be discussed in advance of each shift but you will be expected to work a mixture of both long and short shifts.
 Please note this includes sleeping nights  at the rate of £8.72 per hour. Daytime and non-sleeping hours are paid at £9.30 per hour. 


Owing to the split nature of the shifts, applicants must be local to me or willing to travel. I currently live in LS12 and my new home is in LS7 (near University of Leeds) . I am ideally looking for someone who can work in both locations. 

Experience of care may be useful to respond to my variable physical needs. 

I am a 33 year old woman with cerebral palsy. I use a wheelchair and require assistance with all transfers and personal care, including showering, toileting and dressing and domestic tasks. This position also includes social hours. I am an outgoing person and I  enjoy going to football matches, theatre and music gigs. I also enjoy reading.
