Unique opportunity working 2:1 with an autistic teen. Delivering a home education / living skills program. Community based work will include teaching shopping, taking swimming, horse riding, trampolining.
Full training , weekly support & team meetings will be provided by professionals who oversee the program.
Ideal candidate would be someone who is resilient, fun, creative & confident. Challenging behaviour does occur so you must be able to follow through the behaviour plan.
Position is suitable for anyone interested in SEN, psychology, challenging behaviour, occupational therapy.
Previous experience working with SEN or challenging behaviour would be beneficial
