📍 Location: Norton, Stockton-on-Tees
💷 Rate: £17.00 per hour + £70.00 per sleepover
🕒 Weekend Shifts + Overtime Available

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a younger lady in her home and community. This is a part-time role with weekend shifts and the opportunity for additional hours.

🗓️ Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekends):

Weekend 1:
- Friday: 4pm–10pm + Sleepover
- Saturday: 7am–10am
Weekend 2:
- Saturday: 12pm–10pm + Sleepover
- Sunday: 7am–9am

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Supporting personal hygiene and daily routines
Administering medication
Preparing meals and drinks
Driving the client using her own vehicle (must have a full, clean UK driving licence)
Accompanying the client in the community
Managing occasional challenging behaviour (reflected in the competitive pay rate)
Working independently while being part of a supportive team

✅ Requirements:

Experience in care preferred but not essential
Full clean driving licence
Reliable, patient, and proactive
Able to work sleepover shifts
