Job Purpose:
I am a 29 year old lady looking for a Personal Assistant. I would like someone to support me with developing friendships with people of my own age to improve and enhance my emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
I am quite anxious around new people but would like to engage and develop my opportunities within the community. I also have complex health issues so need someone who is able and confident to support me. I am a wheelchair and crutches user and can find walking difficult. I currently live with my two dogs so must be dog friendly.

Essential:
Non smoker due to health conditions

Experience of looking after someone with Fibromyalgia, heart and spinal conditions
Summary terms and conditions:
· The pay rate for this position is £15.28 per hour for employed PAs and £18.45 per hour for self-employed PAs.
· Hours and times of work: 15 hours per week, flexible and agreed in advance
· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
Post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
