We are looking for a Support Worker to support a young gentleman who lives in Blyth. The young gentleman who has Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Global Delay requires support for 6 hours per week potentially split between a Tuesday and a Thursday, times are flexible.

The role is to support the young gentleman to access the local community and enjoy social and leisure facilities. He loves to be outdoors and enjoys going to Plessey Woods for a little wonder.

He does require 1:1 support as he lacks safety awareness for crossing roads etc.

Rate of Pay: £13.09 per hour Hours Breakdown:

3 x hours on a Tuesday and a Thursday flexible time.
