Personal Care Assistant required to work 28 hours per week with a young lady who has learning difficulties and some limited speech. She is very sociable and friendly and has no challenging behaviour
** Due to the nature of this role involving personal care, we can only accept female candidates for this role **
The main duties of the role will be to support the young lady to attend her regular day centre and support her with other social activities. She enjoys bowling, cinema and eating out.
Support with personal care is required. Our client has limited mobility. She is able to walk, but requires the use of a wheelchair for any distance
Days and hours of work will be :
Tuesday – Friday – 9 am to 4 pm
The successful applicant will be sociable and bubbly, whilst also being attentive and safety oriented.
A full, clean UK driving license is essential
An Enhanced DBS will be required. The cost of this will be met by the employer.
