Care Assistant for a male P/T@ £13.09/hr in Morpeth - FTE - £25.5k - Morpeth - NE61

To provide support for a gentleman who has Cerebral Palsy, Arthritis and some associated needs due to these conditions. 

We are looking to recruit two support workers for this gentleman who requires support at home in the morning for 4 days each week, for 45 minutes per visit.  The main duties are to support with showering and dressing, meal preparation and medication prompts. 

The client has a dog who is very friendly and its therefore essential that the support workers like dogs and have no allergies. 

Hours  45-minute calls mid-morning for 4 days per week.  The days will vary on a fortnightly basis, due to the shift schedule of the client’s husband.  We can share more specific details around this with interested applicants, as this pattern is currently being updated. 

Rate of Pay  £13.09 per hour. Holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata.  Any out-of-pocket expenses will be paid by the employer.

.        Car driver is not essential.
